Melissa made my first home-buying experience super easy and smooth. My parents didn't own a home in the US, so I had zero knowledge about purchasing a house. We looked through 34 houses over 6 months. She didn't get annoyed/frustrated and didn't push us to buy a house. Instead, she was really patient with us and helped us to find the perfect home that we love in Tampa. She was very knowledgeable about all the houses and neighborhoods that we wanted to check. Every time when I had some questions regarding searching and purchasing a house, she was there for me. When she didn't know, she found the answer the next day by contacting the right person.
